Curiosity is the trait behind our success as a species. The drive to see what's behind that hill, to understand what happens when we rub a couple of sticks together or prod that hairy toothed thing with one of them is what has led us here. Not without its risks and pitfalls, homo sapiens sapiens move forward by exploration.

As, not least by our own hand, the world around us changes, so too must the boundaries of our curiosity. No longer satiated by sturdy sandals or pointy sticks, we have to constantly push the edges of our imagination and ingenuity. One way or another, the future will be shaped by the actions, or inactions, we take today.

Despite the poetic hyperbole, SHYN is mostly a for-profit organisation focused on exploring and challenging the periphery of our ambitions. Abstract and unspecific as it might be, this gives us the latitude to explore a rich world of opportunities in technology, science, education, investment and international development.
